What if my side aches don't improve?
Most people will experience a dramatic improvement in their side aches after consistently working with the program presented in The Side Ache Solution. However, there are a few cases that may require medical care / treatment. The Side Ache Solution contains two case studies describing these exceptions as well as a list of the most recent research regarding side aches. We suggest that you take this information to your physician and seek appropriate evaluation and treatment. You are welcome to a complete refund as well. Can I share this information with my team?
We would like every runner to benefit from this program. However, we have also put much effort into providing a professional product at a trelatively low price. Please respect our efforts and do not pass on the entire program to your team. You may certainly share segments and encourage them to purchase a copy of The Side Ache Solution. You may also purchase a team license.
What is a team license?
A team license allows every member of your team to receive The Side Ache Solution. For a single fee we will email a link to download The side Ache Solution to every member of your team.
What is an eBook?
An eBook is an electronic version of a book which you can download to your computer and receive immediately. You can then open and read your eBook using reading sofware.
What software do I need to open and read my eBook?
Our eBook is produced and delivered in Adobe PDF format. You will need either Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader software installed on your computer in order to open and read your eBook (most computers already contain Acrobat).. If you do not have Adobe Reader software on your computer you can download and install a free copy from the Adobe website by clicking here.
How do I order an eBook?
It is very easy to order an eBook. Just click on the button to purchase the eBook. After completing the checkout process you will see a confirmation screen. The confirmation will include a link to download your eBook. If you ordered multiple eBooks you will have a seperate link for each eBook. Click on the link to download your eBook. You will have the option of either opening or saving the file to your computer. We suggest that you save the file to your personal computer. Be sure to indicate and remember the location that you saved your file so that you can find it easily when you wish to read it.
What do I do if I lose my eBook?
You can download your eBook again by logging onto your account and going to your order history. Your download link will be available under your order date.
Does my download link expire?
No. Unlike some eBook publishers we do not place an expiration date on your download link. You can download your eBook as many times as you wish. Keep in mind that we update these eBooks with new features and information on a frequent basis. After updating the previous eBook version will no longer be available.
Can I print out my eBooks?
Yes. Most eBook publishers do not allow you to print an eBook because of copyright restrictions. We know that it is sometimes easier and necessary to print out and read a hard copy of these books rather that be restricted to reading them on screen. For that reason we allow printing of all our eBooks.
Am I allowed to make a copy of the eBook or email a copy to a friend?
No. All of our eBooks are copyrighted. It is against the law to make and distribute copies. The eBook is licensed only to you. Only you have the right to read it. You may make backup copies for your own use, but you may not share them with others. We price our books very competitively and we do not encrpyt our books, which would place restrictions on their use make them much harder for you to use. We believe our customers are honorable people and trust them not to steal from us and our authors.
Can I buy multiple copies of of one eBook?
You are able to download your eBook as many times as needed, so there is no reason to buy multiple copies.
Can I purchase a printed copy?
Yes! Printed copies are available for $12.95 and will be mailed USPS. The printed version contains exactly the same material as the eBook version except you will not have video demonstration of the exercises.
